I see Coaching as a form of development in which I support you in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing self-insight and guidance.


My workshops are aimed at learning to express and deepen an expertise that you might not have realised that you already had it in you, getting new ideas, and sometimes practicing practical situations. Basically the core parts of a workout.

The duration of a workshop is max. 5 sessions of approx. 60 min. My participants often experience a shorter period of time because we are actively involved in my workshop. I like to keep the theory short and I translate directly into a practical exercise. The accent lies on knowledge sharing, spirituality, energy and interactivity.
