What is meditation?
Despite the recent attention from the scientific community, meditation originates from an ancient Buddhist lifestyle that has existed for millennia.
Meditation can be used in:

What can I expect from the session?
The first session we start to discuss with your goals for the session. Then we start with a set of breathing exercises. Once you feel safe and relaxed, we start the guided meditation together.
Most clients feel a sense of relaxation and peace.
